<li> Tutorsphere.com will send me periodic emails about my listing. I agree that these are not unsolicited email.

<li>I will not send out messages to more than five tutors without first obtaining permission from the Tutorsphere.com administrators.

<li> Tutorsphere.com may edit or delete my listing and any other postings at any time at Tutorsphere.com's discretion.
<li> The information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge and I hold the qualifications stated in the listing or other posting on this website. I will keep the listing information as up to date as possible to reflect any changes.
<li> Tutor listings are for listing tutoring services only, I will not advertise other services or products in my listing the Tutorsphere.com site.
<li> Tutorsphere.com is a listing service only, and I am neither affiliated nor employed by Tutorsphere.com. I also understand the listing is not an endorsement by Tutorsphere.com.
<li> I understand that submitting my contact information to Tutorsphere.com is for prospective clients to contact me by phone or e-mail, and information given will be publicly available. I understand that clients will use Tutorsphere.com to obtain my contact information, and all communications is the sole responsibility between myself and prospective clients.
<li> Tutorsphere.com may set or change rates for listing services at any time.
